Baseline Security & Support Subscription

Magnify247 works with all clients through an annual  Baseline Security & Support Subscription.  The Baseline Subscription is a proactive approach that clients find very effective and convenient.

Subscription Includes:

      • Security Bundle - learn more
          • AntiVirus / AntiMalware
          • 0-day Vulnerability micr0patching
      • Remote Desktop Support
          • Helpdesk (Remote Access and Phone Support)
          • 24/7 Proactive Automated Services
          • Real-time Application Updates
          • Windows Security Updates (excludes "Feature" and "Version" Upgrades - see below)

NOT included in Support Subscription
(additional fees will apply);

          • Hardware Repair (repairs, replacements, upgrades)
          • Onsite Home/Office (on location) services
          • 3rd Party ("vertical market" Applications/Software - ie; Quickbooks, etc.)
          • Password Resets or Online Account Management
            (including email account authentication and syncing issues)
          • Operating System;  "Feature" and Version Upgrades (i.e. 10 to 11, 22H2 to 23H2, etc.)
          • Motherboard FIRMWARE Upgrades
          • Outdated Software (to be determined - based on developer support)
          • Wireless Printing Support  (tethered USB cable is always more reliable)
          • New Hardware purchased by the client
          • New Software - purchased by the client
          • Data Transfer from other devices (phones, tablets, etc.)

CRITICAL NOTIFICATIONS:

    • Windows 11 (23H2) is required for ongoing support in 2025.
    • We do not keep passwords or encryption keys  - you must document these yourself.
